Ethics and Values Program

With the advent of ethical blunders by senior executives of huge global organizations, ethics and values have become a focal point for everything from hiring and retaining employees to delivering goods and services to consumers. One study by DePaul University found that companies that make an explicit commitment to follow a code of ethics provided more than twice the value to shareholders than companies that did not. Managing Change
